ONLINE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS If you are interested in using the online application for an NewsStand Permit , please read the instructions below. Once you meet the online submittal requirements, use the create new account link to create an account that you will be using for all future permits.

The next time you visit the site use your selected login name and password to apply for the next permit.

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING ONLINE:

No. 1
An onsite inspection by a Investigation and Enforcement Division representative is required.

No. 2   
The applicant has to fill in all the fields that are marked with *, otherwise the application will not be accepted by the server.

Applicant will see a message on the screen after submitting the application form, indicating that his/her application was successfully submitted and a Reference No. is issued to that application. Please provide this reference number if you need to call our offices.

No. 3  
Applicants can check the status of their permits online 24 hours a day.

All permits that are completely processed by our staff will be available online for applicants to print out.
